We have to make a profit that is for sure.  The best way to make a profit is to give our customers what they want.  We must do this by performing within specific time constrains and by establishing labor and materials control systems.  We must love passionately the work we do.

Our first responsibility is to our Creator.  We must love the Lord our God with all of our heart, soul and mind and then we must love our neighbors as ourselves.  Our neighbors and freinds are our customers, employees, suppliers, distributors, governmental entities, the community at large and yes, even our competitors.

We must always promote the safety and well-being of our neighbors.  This is our first and most important responsibility.  The mothers, the children and the families who rely on our service have earned our highest degree of trust and integrity.  The well-being and safety of our neighbors must always be our first priority and should never be sacrificed for profit.  First and last, we must always be just and honorable with our neighbors and friends.
